Drainage - We strive to solve any of your drainage

freely throughout the property to preventing puddling. Installation of flo
well drainage system to dissipate water back into ground in areas where
it can not be piped out. Setting up drain pipes to capture rain gutter water
and dissipate them back into the soil or send it to the street. Capture
water in order to prevent erosion.
Seal Coating - The coating of your driveway with seal coat. We do
all our seal coating by hand which we feel allows a thicker covering to
protect your driveway. It is an investment in the longevity of your asphault
driveway and beats the costly price of having the driveway repaved from
breaking down. Before seal coating we clean out all the cracks in the driveway,
cut the grass back from all sides and clean off the driveway before seal
coating.
Fall Clean up - Our fall clean up consist of the cleaning of all
the leaves that have fallen on your property. Each of our customers needs
are different. We can blow and dump the leaves along the street or if there
is a place on your property that you would like them composted we would
be glad to place them their as well. Also we can provide a vaccum service
to remove the leaves for a nominal fee.
Spring Cleanup- Typically, this is the first service performed in
the early Spring. Debris from trees, shrubs, and matted grass are removed
with blowers and rakes. Materials, such as leaves, twigs and thatch are
removed so that the landscape beds are ready for edging and mulching and
the turf is groomed to prepare for the growing season.
Gutter cleaning service will take care of this problem. It does not
take much debris to clog a downspout and stop the flow of water. This water
will accumulate in the gutter and spill over onto your fascia and siding,
possible causing rot and other damage. In the Winter, built up water can
freeze, and the weight can be enough to pull your gutters off the house.
We recommend cleaning one time in Spring, after the trees have pushed new
leaves out, and at the end of the Fall.
Pressure washer service This is a basic service for walkways, driveways
and decks. We take the dirt and grim off using the power of water. This
process can rejuvenate most walks, driveways and decks in a matter of hours
at a fraction of the cost to replace
Fence work We offer basic fence work services for our clients needs.
Consisting of white polyvinyl fence, pressure treated and split rail fencing.
Chimney flute cover service Is the chimney to your house left uncovered
? Consider how exposed everything is to the weather. This may cause the
early break down of your chimney as rain and snow fall down the opening.
Also don't forget about the birds or the friendly little critters called
squirrels that may fall down the flute and trap the carbon monoxide that
needs to escape the house.
Firewood delivery/ Splitter service This winter is coming and heating
is costly. If you have a fire place get it ready for the season and prepare
to enjoy the heat as well as the ambiance a fire can bring to the home.
We can deliver the firewood you need or bring our splitter to your logs
and split them for you.
Clean out services After several clients requested we have begun
to offer clean out services. Is your basement stuffed, is their a storage
locker packed with stuff you haven't seen for years or do you just need
to get rid of some large ticket items that your not able to pick up and
